Program description
When you opt in, Vortex Exhaust Cleaning LLC sends text messages to the phone number you provided about your quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service updates (including when your cleaning certificate and photo report are ready). This is a customer care program only; we do not send promotional messages.
How to opt in
Check the text message consent box on the quote request form at vortexhoodsusa.com, or give us your consent verbally, in writing or by text. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a few messages around a quote or a scheduled service.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop by emailing [email protected] or calling (407) 988-2264.
