Information we collect
When you request a quote on our website, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, restaurant or business name, phone number, email address, city and your message. If you check the optional text message consent box, we also record that consent and the date it was given. We may also collect information you give us by phone, email or in person (for example the restaurant's service address and job details), and our website host may automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to quote requests and questions; to schedule, perform and document cleaning services; to send appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, cleaning certificates, photo reports, invoices and receipts; to send text messages if you have consented (see "Text messaging" below); to operate, secure and improve our website; and to comply with the law.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in by checking the consent box on our quote form, or by giving us verbal or written consent, Vortex Exhaust Cleaning may send you text messages about your quote, appointments and service updates at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at [email protected] or (407) 988-2264. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full details.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as website hosting, email, scheduling, invoicing and text messaging platforms), with the technicians or crews who perform your service, and when required by law or to protect our rights. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data retention and security
We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and compliance records, and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to update or delete your information, or ask what information we hold about you, by emailing [email protected] or calling (407) 988-2264.
Children
Our services and website are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
